Buzz have been working with Cotswold Inns and Hotels for 16 years. This long standing client commissioned Buzz Electrical to complete the recent electrical refurbishments and transformation of all of its 9 stunning country house hotels. Each property has its own individual character yet the focus of each is in providing guests with a relaxing experience in stylish up to date surroundings.

The ongoing works have included:

  • Power Distribution & Emergency Lighting , upgrading lighting to LED
  • Electrical Installations to support new contemporary lighting design in the bar, restaurants, bedrooms, bathrooms, conference rooms
  •  Commissioning and Testing of all the Electrical Equipment.

Client: St Mary's Church
Location: Doverdale, Worcestershire

Client: Number8 Theatre
Location: Pershore, Worcestershire

Number 8 is a thriving Community Arts Centre, inspired and led by the people of Pershore, with a 250 seat auditorium, changing rooms, dance studio space, meeting room and coffee bar/gallery space.

Buzz Electrical was appointed as electrical contractor to carry out a testing and inspection programme with the following works:
  • Electrical Installation Condition Report & consequential Remedial Works to bring the installation up to a satisfactory standard (8 days)
  • Installation of Additional Sockets for Café expansion
    (2 days)
Client: Merstow Green Funeral Home
Location: Evesham, Worcestershire

This local independent family run funeral home has recently undergone some major renovations and contracted Buzz Electrical to carry out the following electrical refurbishments:
  • Total Rewire of Funeral Home Period Property
  • New Mortuary Installation

Client: Prince Henry’s High School
Location: Evesham, Worcestershire

One of two secondary schools in the market town of Evesham, it is over 600 years old and has Academy status with 1260 students between 13 – 18. 

The electrical systems around the school required Updating and Upgrading to ensure the school met its Safety Regulations. As a nominated preferred Electrical Contractor, the contract work was carried out whilst working within the constraints of the school day as follows:
  • Full Site Survey to produce an individual modernised lighting and power scheme
  • Supplying New Power and Lighting Scheme Installations in new classrooms and offices
  • Lighting Upgrades throughout the school including Emergency Lighting
  • LV Mains Distribution and Cabling
  • Earthing
  • External Lighting
  • Cat 6 Structured Cabling
  • Testing and Certificating with Remedial Works

Client: Worcester Diocese Head Quarters
Location: Old Palace Deans Way, Worcester 

The Old Palace was the official residence of the Bishop of Worcester until 1842 and today is a Church House club and Diocesan Offices. 
Along with the Cathedral, it is the oldest building in Worcester, becoming a Grade I listed building in 1954.

Between 2013 and 2015, the building has undergone major refurbishment and modernisation to equip it for its role as a modern office, training venue, restaurant and wedding reception venue. As the sole contractor, Buzz Electrical were on site for 12 months; the extent of the electrical services provided can be briefly summarised as listed below: 
  • Incoming Mains Electrical Supply & Mains Distribution Board Upgrade.
  • Lighting Upgrade & Rewiring including intelligent PIR lighting control to office areas to assist with energy saving. 
  • Small Power Upgrade & Rewiring.
  • New Power Supplies for Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm System & Assisted Alarm.
  • Installation of Structured Cabling for Data & Telephone.
  • Installation of Power and Control Wiring to Mechanical Services & Ventilation.
