A Grade II listed listed building providing 6 retirement homes in the Village of Birlingham near Pershore. 

Works throughout the properties included: 

• Re Wiring 
• Kitchen Upgrading
• Replacing Storage Heaters to Rointe Heaters
• Completed Electrical Installation Condition Reports for all properties
• Completed Consequential Remedial Works from reports
• Completion of PAT testing in all properties 
• Installation of External Lighting(all controlled via a photocell and individual PIR’s)
