Bespoke Manor House, Wiltshire

Contract duration: 12 months (ongoing) 

Working closely with the client and in conjunction with the main building contractor, the complete renovation of this substantial Manor has involved Buzz Electrical carrying out extensive electrical works whilst maintaining the history of this Grade Il* listed property. 

Buzz were responsible for the installation of the following: 

• Incoming Mains Electrical Supply & Mains Distribution Board Upgrade.
• Future use Submains for future buildings.
• Small Power 
• Lighting including smart home control systems
• Control Wiring and Power for Ventilation.
• Power and Controls for remote access gates to property.
• Controls and Power for water source heat pumps.
• Power and Controls in connection with mechanical wiring.
• Control and Power for home data network and home entertainment
• Future use Supply for remote buildings including future stable block, swimming pool etc.
